For a clean and comfortable stay, pets must be on flea prevention prescribed by a licensed veterinarian. If proof isn’t provided, we’ll administer it at the owner’s expense. This ensures a safe, itch-free experience for every guest!

We want your pet to go home looking and smelling fresh and clean!

• All dogs will be bathed on the day of their departure and released after 12 noon.

• Bath charges will apply based on the size of your pet.

• If your pet is ready for pick-up earlier than the scheduled exit time, a staff member will contact you to let you know you they’re ready!

Our boarding rates are based on calendar days. You’ll be charged for both the check-in and check-out days.

To ensure a smooth experience for you and your pet, please make note of the following boarder pick-up hours:

• Monday-Friday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

• Saturday, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

We’ve got everything your pet needs to feel cozy and cared for during their stay! To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly ask that you leave comfort items like beds, blankets, and toys at home. Rest assured, we provide plenty of comfy bedding and fun toys to keep your pet happy and relaxed!

We have onsite overnight support only on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. But rest assured—your pet will receive attentive care throughout their stay, and we’ll ensure they are cozy and comfortable before our team leaves for the night.
